SH. LAXMI NARAIN GOEL

Shri Laxmi Narain Goel, is one of the key architects of the Suncity Group. He is the second son of Shri. Nand Kishore Goel and has ingrained qualities of head and heart like his illustrious father.

Mr. Goel is the Chairman of Suncity Projects (P) Limited. Under his leadership, Suncity has scaled newer heights within the real estate industry. The Company has developments under construction of over 30 million sq ft and has already brought to market developments of over 20 million sq ft. Suncity is the pioneer in conceiving and executing a profusion of urbane real estate projects arraying from townships to group housing, luxury apartments, shopping malls and office complexes. Under his leadership, Suncity has scaled newer heights within the real estate industry with delivery of Millions of residential & commercial spaces. Besides, his current role in Suncity, and is actively involved in strategic activities of various Group companies. He has been instrumental in the setting up of and in providing ongoing strategic intents to E-City Ventures, a brand that has led the retail real estate related initiatives.

He started his career in 1969 trading agro commodities and established M/s Rama Associates Limited with his brothers. In 1980s he diversified the Group’s activities into Media, Packaging, Amusement Park, handicraft exports and real estate development business.

Besides business, he is actively involved in social philanthropic work. He is Chairman, Trust Board of Bharat Lok Shiksha Parishad & actively involved in the Ekal Vidyalaya which is one of the largest grass-root, non-government education movement in India supporting over 100,000 schools with the aim to achieve social and economic development in rural areas. He has been the trustee of the Agroha Vikas Trust for more than a decade. As a trustee of the Delhi chapter of the trust, which undertakes a number of noble social causes including the building and running of colleges, schools and temples. Mr. Goel was head of affairs of the Sewak Sabha Hospital, Hissar, Haryana. It is a Charitable Hospital & having 300 Beds. Presently he is President of this Trust.

SH. SUBHASH AGGARWAL

The Action Group has always held the leading position in the footwear industry in India. Later, it diversified to other fields, such as Chemicals and Plasticizers (API), Computer Monitors and Peripherals, Power Back Up/Inverters (MICROTEK), Housing Projects (SUNCITY), and Health Care (SRI BALAJI ACTION MEDICAL INSTITUTE). Now, the group has ventured into Steel and Power Generation sector. Shri Subhash Aggarwal is the Managing Director of Action Group and is known to place society’s interests above everything else. Soft spoken and friendly, he is one of the most sought after members in Delhi’s business and social circles.

For the past 20 years, he has devoted a lot of time to EKAL Abhiyan and is the master fund raiser of the organisation. Also, he is the founding Trustee of Ekal Bharat Lok Shiksha Parishad (EBLSP). Shri Aggarwal strongly believes in the Ekal movement and continuously works towards inspiring others to join it. He says, “Whenever I attend a marriage or a social gathering, I make it a point to eat dinner with someone new. This habit gives me a chance get one more donor or supporter for EKAL.”

SH. OM PRAKASH SINGHAL

Alomax, a Group Company of ANALCO GROUP, is a leading manufacturer of Aluminum Panel Sheets (ACP) in India. It markets ACP for the façade industry, and other construction material, such as Burma Teak, Italian Marble, imported ceramic tiles, wooden flooring, and furniture.

Shri Om Prakash started his business of construction and building material in 1956, which a few decades later came to be known as the ANALCO group. Today, it is one of the most sought after companies in the field of construction material for residential and commercial projects. Over the years, ANALCO has formed a strong relationship with construction magnates, leading architects, and renowned interior designers. In 2002, the group took a giant leap with the manufacturing of Aluminium Composite Material. It has a state of the art manufacturing plant in Roorkee.

Shri Om Prakash Singhal is a member of the Trust Board of Ekal Bharat Lok Shiksha Parishad (EBLSP). The first time he learnt about Ekal was at a Gurudakshina meeting of RSS where heard about the activities of Ekal Abhiyan from Shri Shyam Gupta Ji. A sentence in particular spoken by Shri Shyam Ji touched Shri Singhal Ji’s heart, “Urban mothers beat their children because they refuse to drink milk while mothers in tribal areas beat their children because they ask for milk”.

SH. VINEET KUMAR GUPTA

SH. NARESH KUMAR

SH. UMA SHANKAR HALWASIYA

Sh. Uma Shankar Halwasiya is the Chairman and Managing Director of Halwasiya Developments Pvt. Ltd. He is currently affiliated with 16 companies managing their affairs successfully. Sh. Uma Shankar Halwasiya is associated with the Ekal Vidyalaya Abhiyan for the many years. Presently, he is the President of Lucknow chapter of Ekal Bharat Lok Shiksha Parishad.

SH. SURENDER KUMAR JINDAL

Jindal Group of Companies is a combination of various trading houses and companies engaged in a variety of business activities including domestic and international trading of bullion, spot and future trading in agro commodities, base metals, energy, financing and investment in mutual funds, debt market instruments, capital markets etc. The group has won more than 30 awards for its outstanding performance in International Trade, mainly exports.

He is actively involved in many Chambers of Commerce and business associations. He is Chairman, Investments & Capital Market Committee of ASSOCHAM, Managing Committee Member of ICC, Vice President of Delhi Export Association and Delhi Bullion Association. He is also actively associated with Committee of NCDEX and Multi Commodity Exchange (MCX) as an Executive Member. Among his peers Shri Jindal is known for his aesthetics, meticulous planning, and his charming personality.

“I find a great parallel between the EKAL Vidayalaya and sowing of paddy saplings. Children are like paddy saplings which are grown in bunches in a nursery. During this initial growth period each sapling acquires its basic strength by staying together. Later when it is sown in its own place in the field, it can take all the pressures of the climate and grows into a bountiful plant. EKAL schools are like this nursery where they learn the art of learning and imbibe the strength of their cultural roots.” Shri Jindal ji express his views about Ekal. His association with Ekal for more than 8 years. He has been devoting a lot of time in the progress of Ekal Abhiyan activities for the welfare of downtrodden society of India.

SH. NARESH JAIN

Jainco Buildcon Ltd is considered to be a leading player in the field of town infrastructure development, especially water supply, sewage, drainage, sewage water pumping stations, water treatment plants, and sewage treatment plants.

Shri Naresh Jain, Chairman cum Managing Director of Jainco Buildcon Ltd, is one of the most credible person to provide technological resources to civil agencies, such as Delhi Jal Board, National Highway Authority of India, Delhi Metro, and a host of other national and regional agencies looking after the external development work in metropolitan cities. He is a dynamic person who is known to successfully manage his business as well as social responsibilities.

Shri Naresh Jain’s first tryst with Ekal took place in 2002. He was inspired by Lala Mange Ram Action Group who strongly felt for the social need to educate rural and tribal children for a better future. A strong and unbending commitment for Ekal, earned Shri Naresh Jain the designation of National Treasurer of EBLSP from 2002 to 2009. Later, he was appointed he National President of EBLSP from 2010 to 2016. He believes that the organisation’s policy of not accepting funds from the Government has worked well in Ekal’s favour.  Shri Naresh Jain says, “In our villages people are always keen to learn and find a solution to their problems.

All they need is a genuine friend and Ekal has filled that gap for the villagers. Other organisations seek help from the government, but EKAL is capable of helping the local government by providing aid in the remote areas.” Although he has never been an avid traveler, but his responsibilities towards Ekal has taken him to remote villages and tribal areas across India. Now, Shri Naresh Jain regularly travel abroad to inspire people to contribute towards this social cause. In his free time, he enjoys reading books.

SH. GHANSHAM DAS GOEL

Shri Ghansham Das Goel, promoter of M/s G.D. Builders, started work in the construction sector in 1992. They executed a number of projects for reputed companies and earned a good reputation amongst the builder fraternity. A decade later, M/S G.D. Buildtech Pvt. Ltd., another Company rapidly grew into one of the most quality conscious construction companies in Delhi-NCR. He is the Control Board Member of Aggrasain Hospital, Punjabi Bagh, Delhi.

Shri Goel was introduced to Bharat Lok Shiksha Parishad (BLSP) and EKAL in the year 2002 and is a strong pillar of the Ekal Vidyalay movement. Sh. Goel says, “To work with EKAL is like working for God. Your every good deed will reach Him through your prayers.” Shri G. D. Goel’s family too shares his passion for EKAL. His wife Smt. Darshana Goel is leading Mahila Samiti of Bharat Lok Shiksha Parishad. His three sons are also associated with Bharat Lok Shiksha Parishad.

SH. SUBASH C. AGGARWAL

Mr. Subhash C. Aggarwal is the Chairman and Managing Director of the SMC group since inception being one of the Co-founder of SMC Group. He is a fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI). He is having over three decades of diverse experience in the financial, stock broking industry in India and abroad. His visionary and astute leadership has resulted in building the SMC’s repute empire as a leading financial concoction.

He is associated with Ekal Abhiyan since 2015.

Being impressed with the Ekal Vidyalay Movement, he considers it a God’s work to provide education to the poor children in remotest rural and tribal villages.  He himself has personally visited schools and found children are developing basic values, they can recite Gayatri Mantra and other poems and have developed a positive atmosphere around them. He says that children are also aware about Swach Abhiyan and keep themselves clean. Sh. Subhash ais of the view that by educating a child, the whole family of the Child gets benefit resulting into shedding off of bad habits by children and their family.

SH. SURENDER PAL GUPTA

Sh. Surender Pal Gupta is a seasoned industrialist successfully managing the Gopal Group of Industries and is the Director of eight Companies. Due to leadership quality of Sh. Surender Pal Gupta, the group has emerged as an important player in the global stainless steel and mining industry.

Sh. Surender Pal Gupta is associated with Ekal movement for the last 17 years and is providing his valuable contributions to the movement. He considers “Ekal’s objective holier than many holy rituals as it aims to provide education to deprived and poor children. It is indeed better to provide education than alms, especially in remote areas because education alone can bring awareness and trigger development.”

SH. AMAR TULSIYAN

A social entrepreneur by profession, Sh. Amar Tulsiyan comes with a wealth of experience in textile, mouth freshener, real estates, hospitality and oral hygiene industries. He has been passionate about improving menstrual hygiene conditions for girls and women in India and is focused on making a marked change with niine.

Sh. Amar Tulsiyan, founder of “Shudh Plus Hygiene Products”, has not only played an important role in industrial development of Uttar Pradesh but has also employed more than 1000 people. He has delivered the brand of ‘Made in Gorakhpur’ to 20 states of the country. It will soon expand to many more states of the country.

On the occasion of Uttar Pradesh Day in the year, Sh.Amar Tulsiyan, a prominent entrepreneur of Gorakhpur, was honoured for his commendable contribution to the industrial development of the state

SH. DK SARRAF

Mr. D.K. Sarraf  holds a graduate degree in Commerce from the prestigious Shri Ram College of Commerce, Delhi University and holds a postgraduate degree in Commerce from the same University. He is an associate member of the Institute of Cost and Works Accountants of India and the Institute of Company Secretaries of India.

He has been a prominent name in the field of Oil and Natural Gas industry. He served as Chairperson of Oil & Gas Regulator- Petroleum & Natural Gas Regulatory Board.  Mr. D.K. Sarraf supports the Ekal Movement and its dedicated band of full-time workers who establish schools in tribal and rural areas, as well as a similar band of urban volunteers who organize support for these schools. He has had a long association with Ekal. He has been instrumental in getting donations for  schools and devoting a lot of time and energy to the advancement of Ekal Abhiyan activities for the benefit of India’s downtrodden society.

SH. VIVEK NAGPAL

Shri Vivek Nagpal, a man of intelligent transport solutions is the visionary leader of Rosmerta Group, who has to his credit the introduction of Smart Card for Driving Licence and Registration Certificate (RC) in India almost two decades ago.

Mr. Nagpal is instrumental in bringing about digital and managerial excellence in company operations and is responsible for growth and strategic planning of the entire group. The group has expanded into Intelligent Transport Management System (ITMS), Diesel Exhaust Fluid “ROSBLU”, Telematics (Sensorise) – Multi-Profile M2M SIM, Rosmerta Digital Services and upcoming start up called Rosmerta Digital Services- end to end vehicle registration process digitally and Raasta – vehicle servicing at the customer door step.

In HSRP Business, Rosmerta is number one in India and the second largest supplier in the world with a market share of >60% of the Indian Market. Mr. Nagpal is 1986 batch B.Com. (Hons.) from Hindu College. He became an entrepreneur at a very young age due to sudden demise of his father. He is a self-made person who started his journey in 1987 by supplying plastic packaging to Dabur Limited and become a leading Businessman in the own domain of intelligent transport solutions. He firmly believes in Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and during the Covid-19 pandemic supported society at large by supplying sanitizers, masks, ventilators and medicines.

Mr. Nagpal believes in philanthropic activities and engaged in a host of social welfare, religious and spiritual doings. A strong supporter of Ekal Gramothan Foundation, committed to uplifting of life of rural and tribal brothers and sisters to make them a skilled workforce. He also supports Vanvasi Raksha Parivar Foundation, contributing to uplift the life of Vanvasi Community. At present, he is the Trustee of Bharat Lok Shiksha Parishad (BLSP).

SH. SANJEEV GOEL

Shri Sanjeev Goel is an experienced Civil Engineer. He had always aspired to be an entrepreneur and he established his own construction business in 1991 in Delhi in the name of A.K.Gupta & amp; Co. as homage to his mentor Captain A.K.Gupta who was a pioneer in Civil Engineering. Now his construction firm is involved in execution of institutional, residential and infrastructure contracts of the various Govt. Department.
He associated with the Ekal Vidyalayas Movement from the year 2006. He was deeply inspired by the root level initiatives of Ekal Abhiyan during Ekal Kumbh held in Rohini, Delhi in the year 2009. His untiring efforts and dedication towards Ekal made him different from others.
